This time last week the Ipswich Hornets Under 12 team took the field for their first game of the Ian Healy Cup carnival. And what a carnival it turned out to be for the young Hornets, who finished the tournament with wins over Darling Downs and Bears Gold. The team caught brilliantly and executed a number of direct hit run outs, a reflection of the work put in throughout the winter academy.
