With day three washed out, time was against the Kookaburras, who needed to win outright to secure the title. A wet outfield delayed the start of play again today, leaving the Kookaburras just 50 overs to get 10 wickets. Captain Lachlan Vellacott captured the final wicket in the 45th over, ending the Vikings' brave last wicket resistance.
