Division 2 Grand Finals Begin!

The first of our 4 day finals take place in Division 2 where competition pacesetters the South East Redbacks take on the fast finishing Bundamba Strollers.

The Redbacks have been in white hot form all season with their only hiccups coming via a couple of narrow one day losses mid season which didn’t stop them taking out the mid season one day title against Centrals. Their two day form has been outstanding all season and they will certainly be tough to beat.

Strollers have finished hard at the right end of the season with some massive wins in their third to last and last round matches to storm past Laidley into the decider. They are certainly a side that has momentum and will provide formidable opposition to the the Redbacks.

Both teams have met twice in the regular season with the Redbacks successful on both occasions, all be it in extremely close fort matches exemplified by their recent two day clash that ended with Redbacks needing just over 50 runs and Strollers 7 wickets to bring about an outright result.
