Be sure to check out the new opportunity at Cricket Ipswich. We are looking for a committed Female Pathway Cricket Coach to lead and support the development of players across our Women’s and Girls’ cricket pathway.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coaching across Girls’, Youth, and Women’s cricket programs

• Planning and delivering engaging training sessions aligned with Cricket Australia frameworks

• Match day commitment

• Developing technically sound, confident, and resilient players

• Fostering a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment

• Supporting female cricket pathways, talent identification, and retention

• Working collaboratively with clubs, volunteers, parents, and Cricket Ipswich staff

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Cricket Australia coaching accreditation (or is willing to obtain)

• Has coaching and/or playing experience (female cricket experience highly regarded)

• Is passionate about growing Women’s and Girls’ cricket

• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

• Is reliable, organised, and player-focused

• Holds a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or can obtain one
