Cricket Ipswich offers a high quality performance program for Senior men and women and Junior boys and girls. Commencing with our Hornets Academy programs for junior cricketers aspiring to play at a higher level which lead to opportunities in Hornets Lord Taveners, Gateway Shield and Paul Pink Shield teams.

Our senior Men, Women, Under 19 and Over 40 teams compete in the Brisbane Premier Grade competition which in turn provides players with represntative opportunities to compete at State, National and International levels.

Their first game of the Ian Healy Cup carnival

This time last week the Ipswich Hornets Under 12 team took the field for their first game of the Ian Healy Cup carnival. And what a carnival it turned out to be for the young Hornets, who finished the tournament with wins over Darling Downs and Bears Gold. An amazing week of cricket in Lismore

An amazing week of cricket in Lismore will end with a grand final birth tomorrow for the Ipswich Hornets U12 team. The prestigious carnival has been running for over 40 years. The boys knocked off favourites Manly Warringah in a tough semi final today!!!

The @jetsleaguesclub 1st Division and ACS GROUP QLD 2nd Division competitions once again yielded some excellent performances over the weekend with bat and ball. @jetsleaguesclub 1st Division winner: Jack Cobbin (Strollers) 4/32 from 15.2 overs with 3 maidens going at 2.08 an over.
