Thank you to Ipswich City Council for their ongoing support of the Les Kinnane and Melissa Bulow Carnivals this week. It was fantastic to have Mayor Teresa Harding - Ipswich City Council onsite at Ivor Marsden yesterday to help open proceedings for the week.
